I used to love discovering new businesses
Discovering new brand stories, seeing how founders solved user problems in unique ways, and feeling genuinely excited by fresh ideas motivated me at the start of my career in the digital world.
But hten everything started to blend together. With the same messaging and a safe version of what a brand is supposed to sound like.
That frustration became Elevating Ecom. After a decde in the corporate world, working across some of the UK's most recognised brands, I took eveyrthing I'd learned about what makes businesses genuinely distinctive and built a practice around it.
My work now centres around my belief that the most successful businesses sit at the intersection of what makes them unique.
The businesses worth paying attention to aren't trying to appeal to everyone. They know exactly what they stand for, and they're unapologetic about it.

Everyone has access to the same tools, which means businesses that lean solely on them all sound the same.
Thebest ideas I've ever seen came from conversation, when we've stepped outside the rigid structure and actually talked freely. In the corporate world, most of my breakthrough moments happened on coffee breaks rather than in boardrooms, and that's the environment I replicate.
I ask a lot of questions to go well beyond the surface. I want to understand what genuinely makes yourbusiness tick. And from that, work to build something together that couldn't have come from a standard template or prompt.
