We start with a discovery conversation to understand your strategy, where misalignment shows up, and what you need people to walk away with. Every workshop is tailored to yuor dynamics.
02. Workshop design
I design a tailored session or series of sessions. For leadership alignment, this is a one-day workshop. For team alignment, it's a set of cross-department sessions that link the strategy to each team's daily work.
03. Workshop
Facilitated sessions that turn strategy into shared understanding, ownership, and action. We clarify business direction, strategic priorities, each team's contribution, and new opportunities, so people acively engage and follow through.
